Remembering Kay as a loyal volunteer at the Upper Hutt Hospice shop from 2008 until 2015 (almost 10 years!).
I also fondly remember my contact with Kay in my role as Secretary of Christ Church Taita where she had chosen to rest with her much loved husband Daniel. I used to prune the rosemary bush she had planted on his grave.

My thoughts and sympathy to family. Kay´s passing will leave a huge void. I first met Kay when she came to work as a keen volunteer at Te Omanga Hospice Retail shop when we first opened in Upper Hutt. Sadly Kay had to retire after several years due to health. We continued a lovely friendship either on the phone or catch-ups at her home. She was a very knowledgeable lady and loved her family and her treasures in her home. Rest In Peace Kay dear. So sorry to learn the sad news about Kay. Saw her on her recent birthday and she was telling me about her plans. We first met through the Hospice Shop and we became friends over the last 12 years. RIP dear Kay - will miss our chats.
