Vanessa (nee Clarke):
On 24th January 2022 passed away peacefully at home. Adored and cherished wife of Cory. Much loved mother of James, and step-mother of Troy and Corban. Precious daughter of Tony and Raewyn. Loved daughter-in-law of Leigh & Sue, and Maureen. Vanessa will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. A private service to celebrate Vanessa's life will be held in accordance with her wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations to Te Omanga Hospice.

I just saw this today and I am so sorry for your loss. Tony and Raewyn, you raised a kind and thoughtful daughter, Vanessa was always kind and welcoming. I enjoyed being able to come to your home and play at times on Omapere Street in Whitby. I finally caught up with her on Facebook after many years and saw her love for her son and her husband. Another angel home and watching over her most precious and loved ones. Love and prayers Tony, Raewyn, her beloved James and her husband Cory

The stars got a whole lot brighter with you up there my beautiful old friend. Although we haven't seen each other since school days, I'll miss your posts, the music you shared and all the good times we once had at high school. I'm very sad you left so soon. My love and condolences to your family.

Vanessa and I had known each other since primary school. She was my best friend, then life happened and we lost contact, then facebook came along and we found each other again. I'll miss you so much my beautiful friend. rest in piece old friend.

Vanessa and I worked together until I retired at Bee Healthy Dental . I was saddened to hear of the news she had been unwell and passed away .
My thoughts and prayers go to the Family especially James her beautiful Son .
