We are very sad to hear of Ben's sudden passing. We remember him for his quirky sense of humour, attention to detail and barefoot ways.
He was a meticulous gardener and a colourful character in Feilding and will be sadly missed.
Our sincere condolences to

Sad to hear of Ben's death and warm condolences to Nadine.
We met at Orama about 1971.
He was an unassuming man who worked diligently and was respected for his quiet demeanor. He was in many ways a perfectionist and also had a quirky sense of humor, which for some was difficult to fathom, but once you knew him better, he was very likeable and approachable.
He will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
