On December 13, 2023, passed suddenly after a short illness, aged 62 years. Much loved husband of Debbie, and dearly loved father of Daniel, Annie and Mick. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at Hastings Boys' High School, 800 Karamu Rd South, Hastings, on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 1.30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cranford Hospice in memory of Derek would be gratefully received, and may be left at the service. Messages to the Stirling Family, C/o PO Box 439, Napier 4140.
