Kerry McHUGH Obituary

Kerry was born 30th December 1963 and unexpectantly passed away on Tuesday 3rd October 2023. Aged 59 years. Dearly loved Husband of Cece. Loving father of Michael, Andrew, and Elesha. Loving Father-in-law and Stepdad. Dearly loved Grandfather of Blaise, Lucas, Lachlann, Avya, and Asher. A service for Kerry will be held at the Lychway Chapel, 5 Roy Street, Palmerston North, on Monday 9th October 2023, at 11.00am. All welcome. I was only chatting to Kerry a few weeks ago on Facebook. We were sharing memories re his Dad & my mum purchasing groceries at the 4 Square shop on the corner of Heretaunga & Featherston Sts & my memories of square dancing.

To Cece and family, We were shocked and very sorry to learn of Kerry's passing. I will miss the text messages following sports events and the laughs we all shared when you and Kerry visited. I am sorry we won't be able to attend Kerry's service, but our hearts will certainly be with you. You would have loved the first game of cricket world cup Kerry. I know we would have exchanged humorous texts following that game. Rest in Peace Dear Friend
