So sad to read this in the paper! Dawn and I went to school together in Collingwood, so it was really nice to run into her occasionally in New World.

Hutchy, so sorry to hear of dawns passing .... its hard to find a good lady but you did in dawn . We only met her a couple of times but she always treated us like long lost friends , please except our deepest condolences At this sad time ,, red and suzie (westcoast)

Dawn and I were in the same class at Collingwood High School, and although I haven't seen her in many years, I have many fond memories of her. Condolences and love to Dawn's family at this sad time. Heather (Langford)

Passed away suddenly on August 19, 2025, in Motueka. Dearly loved wife of Geoff. Loved daughter of the late Charlie and Rona Fleming of Pakawau. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Audrey, Garry, Carol (dec), Paul and Meryn, Neil and Judy, Zelda (dec), Malcolm (dec) and Shelley. As per Dawn's wishes she had a private cremation. There will be a memorial at a later date with family and close friends.
