Sad to read of Ed's passing and we send our condolences to Lorraine and the wider family. We always enjoyed serving Lorraine & Ed at Gustaves Menswear and he always had a story to tell of their latest travels with a great sense of humour which we enjoyed. Gus & Mary Beullens.

Lorraine and family our thoughts & prayers are with you at this time. I have very fond memories of meeting you at the Sherry River farm. Ed's humour and dedication to his farm were to be admired plus his love for his family. He'll be missed physically but stays in many memories and hearts.

David and I were sad to read of Ed's death. We both enjoyed playing tennis with him, he was always jovial and keen for a chat - we will miss him on and off the court.
Please accept our deepest sympathy and know that we are thinking of you Lorraine at this very sad time.

Words cannot express the feelings for the loss of this absolutely lovely man; Ed Lukey. Lorraine and family are now in our minds with the sadness of Ed's passing, particularly as it is far too soon. His gift of laughter, intelligence, resilience and more are to be remembered with a real love for him. A friend indeed and a soul mate to his family. There are enduring memories that will travel with us as we remember (never enough) good times together. Lorraine we are there, as many others will be, so lean on all the love well due to you. Susan and David.

I will miss Ed on our Monday bike rides and our discussions on putting the world right and as Ed would say "you know what I mean!"
Ed would have short bursts of speed on the bike getting out in front and then slowing down saying "I just had to have blowout!"
Lots of fun times together especially on our away biking trips.
Our condolences to Lorraine and family, we are all going miss him.

Ed has been a great friend since he was at Lincoln College and we worked together at "Kyle". We shared wonderful times and many laughs. He was Best Man at my wedding and he remained a true friend. We send our very sincere sympathy and special thoughts to Lorraine, Mason and Rebecca, Katherine and Simon, his grandchildren and the wider Lukey family. Ed was a wonderful person and will be deeply missed by us all. Ed, rest in peace our friend. You were a legend and we will never forget you.
