I was sorry to read of Starkie's passing. Such a nice man and always with a ready (usually funny) story to relate. Please pass on my sincere condolences to Lorraine and the wider family. I always enjoyed catching up with him at the police club all those years ago.

To Lorraine and all the family. We are saddened to read that Michele has passed away. We have such wonderful memories, Montreal Road, boating to Torrent Bay and the fabulous day we all had in Timaru. We will contact you in January when we are up your way. God Bless.
