We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Raffaele Antonio Romano (Tony), a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Tony was a truly special man who left a lasting imprint on all our hearts and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. We take comfort in knowing he is now at peace, watching over us alongside Nick. A funeral service to celebrate Tony's life will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at 11.00am at St Mary's Church, Manuka Street, Nelson, followed by a burial at Marsden Valley Cemetery. Family and friends are warmly invited to join us for afternoon tea at Club Italia from 1.30pm to continue sharing memories and celebrating Tony's life. A Rosary will be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday, April 28 at St Mary's Church, Manuka St.

Gemma, Aldo, Abby, Bettina, Anthony, Diana, Paul, Ashley, Zoe, Clarissa, Nathan, Anthony, Victoria, Caroline and Kaylee. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tony's memory to St Vincent de Paul would be appreciated. Thanks to all the staff at the Wood Retirement Home for the loving care of Tony over the last 2 and a half years.
