BERTRAND, Victor Kenneth. Passed away 28th March 2026. Youngest son of George and Florence Bertrand (deceased) of Stamford hill, London. Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Leslie (deceased) and Frances Mary and loved uncle of Clare and Mark. Sincere thanks to all those who cared for Vic.
