KING, Darrell Andrew:
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, March 20, 2023, aged 52, after a short illness. Much loved and respected Father of Leanne, and Cassy. Loved and admired "Grandad Darrell" of Jade, and Max. Much loved son of the late Bruce and Adrienne King. Dearly loved Brother and Brother-in-law of Alanda and Todd, Lachlan and Sandy, Grenville, Gail and Robin, Malcolm, and Heather. Much loved uncle and great-uncle of Brendon, Ben, Emma, Ayden, Megan, Lilly, Winston, Rayne, Tahleigha, Tyson, Shayde, Maddy, Grace, Oscar, Daniel, Amy, Laura, Alex, Omi, Hudson, Evie, Theo, Will, Cody, Tayna, Hayley, Mikayla, Connah, Leah, Damon, and Brad.
"Those whom we have held in our arms for a little while

The family would like to thank the staff of Ward 8C Dunedin Hospital and Hospice Southland for their kind and considerate care of our dearest Darrell. A service to celebrate Darrell's life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill, on Saturday, March 25, at 10.00am. Messages to 108 Tramway Road, Invercargill 9812.

Dear Darrell, you were a good mate to my brother Daryl even visiting him in Christchurch when he was ill with cancer. No doubt you will be catching up together again in the heavens. Thanks for being a good mate to my brother xx
