Kevan STEER Obituary
On Monday 12 June 2023, at Sunhaven Rest Home, Kevan left us to go and join his beloved late wife, Mary. Much loved dad and friend of Heather & Ross Chisnall and Sharon & Dave Hitch. Adored grandad of Kim & Glen Theyers, Nic & Hamish Hiestand, Nick & Sarah Watson, Chris Watson and Lara Watson. Special Grandad Kevan of Portia, Jake, Zayden, Hannah, Hazel and Beauden. All messages to Kevan's family can be sent to C/- PO Box 218, Stratford 4352. A celebration of Kevan's life will be held at 11.00am on Saturday 17 June 2023 at the Mary Alice Chapel, 119 Regan Street, Stratford, followed by interment at the Kopuatama Cemetery, Stratford. Thank you to the staff of Sunhaven Rest Home for their amazing care of Kevan.

Kevan was a great friend of the Kroon Family, going back over 55 years. Kevan baled our hay at Cheal Road and Waingongoro Road for many years, and often visited mum & dad over the years. He was a great friend of mum's in her final years at Mary Ann rest home.
