Very sorry to read of Pats death! We were neighbour's in Rosendale Avenue for many years and our kids grew up together,condolences to Tracey and family and Sharon. Pat will be reunited with Phil once again.

Mrs Cottam was iconic in our lives growing up.
We have so many fond memories from Rosendale Ave.
She was always so welcoming and would make the best cheese/onion sandwiches.
You could always find her on the sidelines watching our softball or field hockey games.

On behalf of the family of Jack van der Sar I´d like to pass on our condolences. Pat sat at our late father´s table each meal time and helped keep an eye on him for us. We appreciated her letting us know what he´d been up to. Pat´s passing will certainly leave a big hole in your lives and ours.
