Kia Ora Sharon, Dallas, whanau and friends of Richie.
It was very sad to hear of Richie's sudden passing. We always heard Mum and Dad (Joan & John Cook) speak so highly of him as a super kind, wonderful and uplifting man, and the joy he brought to residents and staff in his role at Opunake Cottage Rest Home. Our thoughts are with you all.

Such a good guy taken way to soon. Loved my time working with you and Sharon back in the Pastoral Foods days, and having you guys around for after work destress, To Sharon, Laureen, Zane, moko Dallas and the whole of Richie's family, you've lost a real gem, one of life's good guys with the biggest smile and that trademark chuckle.
