We had the privilege of working with Sandra Slattery about ten years ago, when she was the manager of the features team in the advertising department. Sandra had an incredible depth of knowledge about how everything connected - from advertising and editorial through to printing and client relations. She managed a busy, deadline-driven environment with remarkable grace, patience, and professionalism.

Sandra led a team of strong and varied personalities, and she did it with fairness, compassion, and kindness. She was always calm under pressure, steady in her approach, and never lost sight of the human side of leadership.

Beyond her professional talents, Sandra was an interesting and inspiring person - full of great travel stories and a genuine love for her family, friends, and her beloved dog. She left a lasting impression on everyone who worked with her.

With warm remembrance,
Kellie and Shelley

To Sandy´s family,
So sorry to hear about Sandy´s passing. She was so kind to our autistic adult son Isaac who she would pick up/drop off with her work with Driving Miss Daisy.
Sandy, you will be missed. Rest in Peace.

Sandy was a strong supporter and advocate of the Down syndrome community in Taranaki and her passing is a huge loss to the community as a whole. Sandy was an `everyman´ person; she could interact with anyone, she was an exceptional listener and always carried herself with calm and dignity. I´m grateful that I got to meet her, but sad that her light has been taken much too soon. RIP Sandy, thank you for your dedication and good conversation
