Why did u have to go? Why did you leave the most beautiful wife Tessa and the most beautiful little boy Elijah.?

It's just so tragic ...

Myself and Jon will miss you forever and u will leave a huge gap in our lives.

I don't know if we will ever get over your passing so early.

Adam will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He had a kind heart, a generous spirit, and a quiet strength that touched the lives of many. Whether through his laughter, his loyalty, or his unwavering support, Adam made those around him feel seen, heard, and cared for.

I had the privilege of working with Adam for a number of years at Clearwater Spouting from 2008. He was a truly gentle and kind soul who cared a great deal about those whom he came into contact with. I remember his dedication to his brother whom he regarded with so much love. More recently Adam would always say hello to me at the gym we both attended, his smile and carefree charm always brightened my day. You will be dearly missed Adam.

From a fellow skater down at rangiora skatepark. When ever I described Adam (Hillbrother) to a friend. I alway said "this guy will change your mind about rollerblading" maybe the only guy to make it look cool. He was the nicest kindest bloke. Even to a bunch of younger lads like us who had nothing going for them. Loved sitting down on the (ledge) with hill and his brother talking conspiracies whilst laughing at the nonsense that came out of our mouths. And in present times whenever I thought of hill I thought of laughter and giggling at the rest of the demographic that attended the rangiora skatepark. Rest in peace brother. Rollerblading is gay unless its you doing it!! Much love! Tristan

Beautiful sweet Adam. One of the most memorable young men I've ever met and had the privilege to work with. Lovingly remembered by his faith, plain goodness and his light as a very rare Earth Angel. Be at peace now in God's arms. Aroha. Kara.
