Alan HUNTER Obituary

The membership of the Canterbury Genealogy Society (formerly known as New Zealand Society of Genealogists - Canterbury Branch), (Family History) wish to express sincere sympathy and condolences on the loss of Alan, to Lis and all their family and friends. Lis has been a member of our 'genealogy family' and the wider genealogy family in Canterbury for many years.

Dear Lis & family,
So sad to hear of Alan's passing.
I have many happy memories from my time working at the Ladies Mile clinic, with Alan & yourself. He taught me so much. They were happy times & I have many fond memories.
My deepest sympathy for your sad loss.

Alan will be deeply missed, someone I counted as a good friend and great work colleague who taught me so much about Radiology. The fun times we had working together over the years will always be remembered and his sense of humour was second to none. RIP dear friend. One more bright star to shine in the night sky.

Dear Lis and family,
Please accept our heartfelt condolences at this sad time.
Alan was a much valued and respected colleague.
He gave us a lot of assistance when we were setting up the CHCH after hours clinic back in the early 90s and found us an X-Ray machine and equipment to go with it.
He was always fun to chat with at NZVA branch meetings and at conferences.

Sorry to learn of Alan's passing. To Lis and family we extend our deepest sympathy in your sad loss. We have long memories of the Wakatipu years
