Amrat BHANA Obituary

Peacefully passed away at his home on Monday, November 6, 2023. Husband of Ramilaben. Dearly loved father of Indira, Uma, Hanita, and Veena. Loved and adored granddad of Jake, Zak, and Aleesha. Cherished eldest brother and brother-in-law of Laxmiben and the late Manubhai, Chhotubhai and Lilaben, the late Parsotbhai and Champaben, the late Shonaben, Balvantbhai and Ranjanben. Loved uncle and great-uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A friend to many. Messages to the Bhana family c/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart Foundation directly, or at the service. A celebration of Amrat's life will be held in the Ferry Park Chapel, at 297 Ferry Road, on Saturday, November 11, at 1.00pm.

R.I.P. AD. I was so sad that Bella and I were away cruising with P&O when this sad event happened. Absolutely shocked to hear of your passing. I'm sure you will be missed by many.

So sorry to hear of Amrat's passing . Fond memories of our friendship ( also with Parsot and Chotu ) when they had our local dairy in Avondale . Many a good moments were shared with them - they were not only our dairy owners , but also became our friends after several long conversations with them - our purchases also developed in long conversations , so we never got back home , with our purchases , under an hour or so . As our family grew , so did our conversations - they were only too happy to spend their busy times with us . Will never forget their generosity to all of our family . So sorry that we were not able to make it to the funeral . Our memories will never be forgotten . Our condolences to all the family .
