Barry BOLTON Obituary

Passed away peacefully at his residence in Christchurch on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 2.45pm, after a full life. Cherished partner to Yuki, father to Lucy, Jamie, Tim and Charlie the dog, and grandfather to Ted. Favourite son of Lesley and the late Ivan Bolton. Brother to Anne, Merilyn, and Jill. Stepfather to Cody and Leia. He will be well remembered for his comedy, candidness, and generosity. The family wish to sincerely thank everyone for their love and support, and the team at Normans Road Surgery for their kindness.
In keeping with Barry's wishes a private cremation has been held.

Barry was a very good friend of my brother Alan and attended his wedding in Michigan. His Mum Leslie was a good friend to our Mum Eileen Parrett. Please accept our sincere condolences and know that Barry will be remembered fondly for his dry sense of humour and friendship from afar. Alan & Minh from Michigan wish to personally send condolences to Barry´s Mum Leslie and to Yuki. It was a shock to hear of his passing.
