Betty WHEELER Obituary
On June 6, 2022, peacefully, aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late John, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Kim and Tony, Chris and Catherine, adored Gran of Rachael and Nick, Kieran and Georgia; Peter, Annaliese, and Mitchell, treasured Great-gran of Marco. A Celebration of Betty's life will be held in The Christchurch North Methodist Church, 68 Harewood Road, on Friday, June 10, at 2.00pm.

So sorry for your loss of Betty . A lovely lady who was always there for our son Grant who had a major operation some years ago. In Christchurch public hospital same time as Betty. Then they were both moved to Oxford hospital for converlesing and this kind caring lady continued to watch out for him. We have visited Betty on occasions at her home.Thankyou Betty we will always be thankful to you. Rest now dear lady

Sincere condolences to Betty´s family, especially Christopher & Kim. I worked with Betty in the SI Administration Dept of Farmers in Christchurch. Such a lovely person to work with. Always smiling, was willing to help anyone staff or customers. Loved her family stories & hearing about her life. Rest easy Betty

I´m so sorry that I won´t be able to attend Betty´s Funeral but I have a 60th Birthday Luncheon for my elder Daughter that same day.Betty & I worked together from 1954 till she married in 1956 when I started work at 16!
