Brian WEST Obituary

27 May 1939 - 15 December 2025

It is with deep sadness to announce the passing of Brian. Dearly loved partner of Lorraine, second son of the late Margaret and Laurie West, a wonderful friend and companion to all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, treasured memories and the wisdom of a life well lived. We will always be grateful for the memories of his good humour and his story telling. Dearly loved and missed Daddy to Jenn, grandfather to Holly, and Grand-Daddy to Beaux. Special thanks to Gail, for her help with the all the wonderful times we had in Kaikōura with Brian. At Brian's request a celebration of his life will be held at the New Brighton Surf Lifesaving Club, 186 Marine Parade, New Brighton, on Tuesday, December 23, at 11.00am. Burial to follow at Belfast Cemetery for those who wish to attend.
