PRICE, David John:
Unexpectedly last week, aged 69 years. Dearly loved father of William, son of Kenneth and Beatrice, and much loved brother of Helen Ponder (Australia). A deeply respected friend and former husband of Suzanne. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late David Price, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A Service to celebrate David's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Wednesday, November 9, at 2.00pm.

I was shocked to hear of David´s sudden passing. I enjoyed working with David for many years in Greymouth and valued his friendship and support. One of our favourite pastimes at breaks was crossword puzzles, David was a star especially at cryptic crosswords. I´ll miss catching up on the phone with David he was always interested in what was happening in your life. Deepest sympathy to you all but especially you Will, he was so proud of you and you will miss him terribly.
