Nicola WOOD Obituary

Always the first to offer help, the last to leave someone struggling, and somehow still the best socialiser in any room — effortlessly drawing people in with her very-English charm and that gentle, caring wit and very loud laugh. Nic befriended all newbies to the neighbourhood, folded them in, and made sure they never felt like strangers for more than a minute. Many a memory to be remembered and many a story to be recalled! She was a kind-hearted soul who will be missed.

I have fond memories of my time at MHAPS, alongside Nicola who was the Chair at the time. I remember her cheeky smile and those fabulous blue nails with fondness. We often met up at Corianders for a curry, her favourite restaurant. She brought light into the room where ever she went. Please know she was loved and respected. All my love, Kirsty Osprey
