Penny helped me try paddle boarding in Hawaii- such fun. She was paddling with a British team when too young to be in the NZ crew - nothing could stop her finding a way, meeting new people and inspiring us all. Miss her and my condolences to her family and especially to her nephews.

Penny will be missed by many but leaves behind great memories of moments shared.
Always very thoughtful of others she gave her all no matter what she was involved with.
An enthusiastic participant in the Southland Master Plumber´s Hydrology Study´s, always prepared to give anything a shot and enjoyed new challenges.
A hard act to follow but we´re all the better off having had Penny in our lives, even if that time has been cut short.
Condolences to you all who have been near and dear to Penny.
A friend and colleague that will be missed by many.

Oh Penny we will miss you so much. Monday night while out in my single I saw dolphins and it reminded me of how much you enjoyed what we would get up to on the water not just paddling hard. Carry on inspiring those you are now with and lots of love from the Lows.
Robyn and Family know that your girl was an inspiration to us with the strength and positive approach that she had right to the end, there will always be space in our Waka for the Ratcliff family.

Penny you were so hardcore with everything you did. Work, gym, paddling and the way you have handled these last few months has been no different. We are going to miss you so much at the gym, cafe banter/gossip catch ups and most of all your friendship. You will never be forgotten our friend. Rest easy. Our condolences to all of Penny's family. She always spoke of you all with pride and her beloved piece of paradise in the Tasman. Love ya Penny Shaz and Sheree xx
