Phillip JACK Obituary

Passed away suddenly at Christchurch Hospital, with loving family by his side, on October 21, 2023, aged 59. Deeply loved dad and father-in-law of Timmy, Zoe and Mikey, and Chelsea, cherished Grandad of Johnny, dearly loved son of Dawn and the late Tom, much loved brother and brother-in-law of Lisa and Robin Bertacco, and Martin and Melissa, ex-husband of the late Donna, a loved uncle, cousin, and a friend of many. The family would like to acknowledge Westpac Air Rescue and the Christchurch Hospital staff for their exceptional care of Phillip. Messages to 612 Birchfield Road, Westport 7891. A private family service has been held followed by cremation here on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium. A Memorial Service to remember Phillip will be held at the Buller Workingmen's Club, 44 Queen Street, Westport, on Saturday, November 4, at 2.30pm.
