Allan CHIN-POY Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Bupa Winara Care Home surrounded by love, on Thursday 16th October 2025, aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Carolyn. Loved father and father-in-law of Allan Chin-Poy (Napier), Rachael and Keith Crothers (Invercargill), Jacaleen and Darren Streeting (Waikanae). Loved Grandad and Great-Grandad of Laken and Daniel, Olivea, Milly, Zack, Mayson, Breeze, Zane, Ché and Lakyn. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jeane and Colin Calvert, Donald Chin-Poy and Val Fordyce, David and Denise Chin-Poy, Kathleen and Steve Dadic (dec), Ricky and Libby Bennett. Loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.

As per Allan's wishes a private cremation has been held. Donations to Wellington Free Ambulance would be greatly appreciated by family for their care of Allan - www.wfa.org.nz Allan's ashes will be laid to rest with Carolyn in Invercargill.
