Gordon JONES Obituary
Peacefully at Wellington Hospital with his loved daughters Phillipa and Hayley by his side. Loved father-in-law to Jesse and father to Timothy. Very proud and loved Grandad to Dylan, Daisy, Mackenzie and Elsie. Loved brother to Douglas (dec) and Del, Ken and Beryl, Moira and Frank (dec). Loved Uncle to Emma and Renee. A private cremation has been held, but a Formal/celebration for Dad will be held at the Kapiti Vista RSA Club, Marine Parade, Paraparaumu, at 1.00pm on Saturday 17th January. My Condolences go out to our Niece Haley and all the family, Gordon was very quick witted, always the joker , a great pie maker when he had his cafe in McClean Street. RIP Gordon you will be sadly missed by all.

Sorry to here of Gordon's passing..had many a beer with him and others at the Kapiti club ,as Gordon entertained us with his vocabulary of jokes in days gone by ..he will be missed by his mates,RIP Gordy

Just found out the sad news of Gordon passing away recently .....and what a shock it was to. Gordon was a nice friendly and cheerful chap and it was always a pleasure to have a chat with him when I visited the Kapiti Club back in the day. An identity that will be missed by many. My sincere sympathy is extended to his family. RIP Gordon.
