Grant ROGERS Obituary

On September 17, 2025 peacefully at Wairarapa Village, Masterton surrounded by family. Two days short of 80 years. Previously of Island Bay, Wellington. Cherished and devoted husband of the late Barbara for 56 years. Much loved Dad and father-in-law of Rebecca and Nick Greenlees, Hamish and Andrea, Sarah and Terry Wing, Kristy, Hannah and Matthew Miller, Daniel and Casey. Devoted Grandy of Kendyl and partner Jon, Joseph; Emilio, Neela; Libby, Theo; Luke, George; Ashton, Ayva, Tatham, Kalani, and Great-grandy of Isaac, Sophia, Lulu and Cooper. Adoring foster father to Kim, Amanda and the many other children that passed through his care. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Margaret, Joyce (deceased) and Ian Bruce. Special thanks to the Wairarapa Village family for their love and care of Grant. Messages to the Rogers family may be posted C/- PO Box 460, Masterton. As Grant requested, a private farewell service has been held. Grant and Barbara were laid to rest together at Clareville Cemetery.
