Jean ATKINS Obituary

Passed peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by family, on Wednesday 17 September 2025. Dearly loved wife of the late Ronald Atkins (d 2008). Much loved mother of Peter and his partner Maggie, Stephen and Dorothy, and Sharyn and Gordon. Beloved Nana of Michael and Natalie, Rachel, and Robert. Adored Grand-Nana of Arabella. A memorial service to celebrate Jean's life will be held at the Ninness Funeral Home Chapel, 17 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua, on Friday 26 September, commencing at 1.00pm. A very special thank you for the love she received while a resident at Longview Home, we will miss the staff who made us feel a part of the Enliven family.

My sincere condolences to you all she certainly held on for a long time but I have some wonderful memories of her & Ron over the years we lived in the Bay. I will be thinking of you all on Friday.
