Earlier today
I'm still processing...
Larry was my first babysitter, I would always choose him, when asked who I wanted to watch me when our mother had to be away from the house... "heavy water". I'll miss him, regularly stopping by my office, "I'm just stopping in". The calls and how we recently talked literally all night, childhood, Vietnam, neighborhood, memories. How he got the nickname "Heavy" from our youth.
Semper Fi!!!! till the end.

God is our Refuge in the time of storms! Our sincere thoughts, Prayers and sympathy to each one of you, during this time of Bereavement! To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord! RIP to one of my favorite (handy)men (amongst a multitude of trades), my great-uncle, Larry B. Daily.
Larry fought in the Vietnam War as a young, black man, and lived to tell the tale. He was proud of his service(s) to his country.
He was always willing to do whatever to support those in need, never looking for anything in return, whether that was in New York, or down here in Alabama.
I’ll always carry forward the experiences and lessons I learned from being around you (and you, us) in recent years.
