Leslie FINCHAM Obituary

Of Paraparaumu. Passed away peacefully on Saturday 20th September 2025, at Wellington Hospital. Aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of Diana. Loved father and father-in-law of Mark (dec); Maurice & Kim and Kris; Alan & Penny; Derek-John & Jenny and Eva; Andrea & Geoff; Patrick & Catherine and Lynette. Loved Grandad of Amanda, Jessica, Laura, Alastair, Pamela, Dylan, Angus, Rory, and Elise. Loved Great-Grandad of Daimon, Lucas, Ryder, and Elise. Messages to the Fincham family C/- PO Box 119, Paraparaumu 5254. Cut flowers only please. A service to celebrate Les's life will be held in the Kapiti Coast Funeral Home Chapel, 9-11 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu, today Friday 26th September, at 2.00pm, followed by private cremation.

Condolences to Diana and family.
Les was a lovely man who enjoyed coming to the pottery group. He created some lovely pieces and his ambition to make a special shape certainly tested his patience. Perseverance and extra hands usually won the day.
We did enjoy his baking too.
Farewell Les it was a pleasure knowing you, always the gentleman.
