Speed PALMER Obituary

Passed away peacefully after a short battle on Sunday, March 31, 2024, aged 68. Much loved dad of Shaun. Friend to Gaynor, and JK. Loved brother of Mary, Pat, Dale, Jill, Larney (dec), Brian, and Kay. Loved son of the late Molly and Doug. A celebration of Speed's life will be held at Betts Funeral Services, 33 North Street, Timaru, on Thursday, April 4, at 1.00pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the South Canterbury Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages of condolence to 17a Te Weka Street, Timaru 7910.

This will be a sad time for the Palmer family, but remember all the great times you had in the company of SPEED, I remember parties at 209 Talbot st, rugby and cricket trips, holidays in Q/town, working along side him in the hay paddocks etc, a strong honest man, A good bugger...
