David McKAY

David McKAY Obituary

Passed away peacefully on 8th July 2023, aged 73 years, after his brave battle with cancer. Son of the late Herb and Flo McKay (Cairns), and brother of Les McKay (Coffs Harbour, Australia). A much loved husband to Sandra-le for 49 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law to Cushla and David, and, Glen and Kate. Beloved Grandad and friend to Ruby, Poppy, Payton and Zach. A service for David will be held at Simply Funerals, Wairere Drive, on Wednesday 12th July at 1.00pm.

Dear Sandra-le
My sincerest condolences to you at the very sad news of your beloved David's passing. I wish you strength for the road ahead as you learn to live without David by your side.
I will remember David with fondness, for his cheeky smile and the twinkle in his eye.
May he rest in Peace.
