I am grateful for the small time we had to start to get to know each other Uncle Rob, I just wish we had loger to make up for the decades missed. I hope as I get to know this side of the family more and more, they'll keep teaching me more about you as well.
Rachel, Jane, Laura, and Tim, condolences from my family. The little I had learnt of him made it obvious how dearly he will be missed.

A respected & well-regarded colleague in the physiotherapy circles of Waikato. Sad to hear of a friend & colleague fall. He was always friendly & supportive of the physio fraternity & able to offer his advice & wisdom to those around him. A quietly spoken man but highly knowledgeable. Condolences to the family & friends left behind. From Craig & all other physio colleagues who knew him

A wonderful man over the 40 years I´ve known him. Many good times together, will be sadly missed. He had a wonderful sense of humour, very dry at times but gave me wonderful support when I needed it in my life. Rest in peace good friend, love to your family. Hamish Thomson

Rob was a treasured and respected member of Claudelands Bowling Club. He loved the game of bowls and enjoyed the fellowship of his fellow bowlers. He will be sorely missed around our greens. His infectious enthusiasm was a pleasure to watch. He had only a short career as a bowler but he packed so much into it and he had a great future that sadly has been ended by his untimely death. Our sympathies and condolences go to Rob´s family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Robs parting. Rob joined Royal Oak Bowls this year and was really enjoying being a bowler. He was so friendly and naturally talented. He made friends very easily. We will remember him for sure. As one of the first year coaches, there was very little to teach him, but his willingness to learn was obvious. RIP Rob.
