Passed away suddenly at home, aged 70 years. Loved wife and soulmate of the late David for 54 years. Best mother in the world of Rachael and Shad and Brent and Ann. Loved Nana of Caitlyn and Olivia.

A celebration of Yvonne's life will be held at Woolertons Funeral Home Chapel, 8 Railside Place, Dinsdale, Hamilton, on Monday 26th August 2024 at 11.00am, followed by burial at the Whatawhata Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Hospice Waikato. All correspondence to the Powell family, C/- PO Box 276, Hamilton 3240.

I am so sorry to hear of Yvonne's death. Wayne and I really enjoyed reconnecting with her and Dave after so many years, meeting up in Liverpool and then back in New Zealand. Condolences to all the family. She was a special cousin.
