Andrea Vick Obituary

Andrea Lee Vick was born on September 28, 1966. She passed away peacefully in Tyler, Texas, on March16, 2026.

Andee graduated from Groveton High School in the class of 1985. Following graduation, she became a licensed cosmetologist and pursued a career as a hairdresser, a vocation she continued for most of her life.  Andee was passionate about cooking, as well as arts and crafts, including handmade jewelry. She loved working on puzzles and found great joy in them. Perhaps her favorite pastime, though was taking trips with her family to Concan to float the Frio River.

Andee is preceded in death by her parents, Dwane and Linda Sample. She is survived by her husband, John Vick; her daughter Lillee Vick; her brother Brian Sample, and his wife Tracy; her nieces Hannah Sample and Erin Sample; and her cousin, Diane Pyle, who was her ride-or-die best friend; and also, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Andee will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
