Angela Comer Obituary

Angela K. Comer, age 40, passed away Sunday, September 29th, 2024 at her home near Piedmont. She was born January 21st, 1984 in Kewanee, IL, the daughter of Thaddues Comer and Linda (Sall) Dailey.

She had worked as the manager at the Piedmont Dollar General Store along with FCC Behavioral Health. Her passion was working in the mental health field where she could help others enjoy a normal daily life. Angela had a true servants heart helping and caring for those in need. Aside from work, she loved spending time outdoors from swimming, hiking, and boating but it wouldn't be complete without her family by her side.  

Preceding her in death is her father, Thaddues Comer and an infant brother and sister.

Survivors include her fiancé, Timothy Price of Piedmont, her mother and stepfather, Linda and David Dailey, of Piedmont, 3 sons, Matthew Sizemore, of Piedmont, Trenton Wiggin, of Kewanee, IL and Owen Sizemore, of Piedmont.

Also surviving are 3 brothers, Alex Comer, of Piedmont, Michael Shipman, of Kewanee, IL, TJ Comer, of Georgia, 2 sisters, Michele Rasmussen, of Grandin, MO, Janelle Simpson, of Kewanee, IL, 3 step brothers, David, Jason, Josh, a step sister, Wanda, several nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.

Visitation was held from 3:00-5:00 PM Saturday, October 5th at Morrison Funeral Chapel in Piedmont. Bro. Randy Pogue ministered to the family and cremation followed the service.
