Angela Morgan Obituary

Angela Veronica Morgan, age 76, of Avon Park, Florida, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 17, 2024.  She was born March 31, 1948, in Manchester, Jamaica to the late John Hamilton and Kerris Morgan.  She worked as a Home Health Aide, was a member of the Victory Tabernacle of Avon Park, and has been a resident of Avon Park, Florida since 2020, coming from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Angela was an incredible, strong-minded woman of faith. She was fiercely dedicated to her family. Many people found strength and encouragement in spending time with her. She was determined and raised her children in the Lord. She enjoyed karate and old western movies. She would listen daily to the Gaither Vocal Band and sing to the Lord and pray.

 Angela is survived by her Daughter – Debbie Hughes (Dylan Strickland) of Sebring, FL; Son – Richard Hamilton of Jamaica; Sisters – Cynthia Hamilton of Lauderdale Lakes, FL; Lovette Wright of Jamaica; Beverly Hamilton of Jamaica; Lexie Hamilton of Jamaica; Grandchildren – Brandon, Luke, and Ohana.  Funeral services will be held at Victory Tabernacle Church on September 7, 2024, beginning at 11A.M. with family receiving friends beginning at 10A.M.
