Antonio T. Gamble (affectionately called “Tony”) was born on November 12, 1969, in Hammond, IN to Atron and Annie Ruth Gamble. Tony confessed his faith in Christ at the early age; he rededicated his life and was baptized in August 2023.  Tony attended Hammond Public Schools and had two Associate Degrees one in Business and one in Culinary Arts.

Tony developed a love for cooking that he inherited from his mother.  Cooking was his passion, and he found joy in creating delicious meals. Tony was also a musician and expressed his creativity and originality as a keyboardist; and we will forever cherish his musical compositions.  Tony had a golden heart and was full of life, love and laughter; he loved people, especially his family, he never met a stranger. Tony had a love for sports and had a lifelong nurturing disposition for his pets (family dogs) they always had a mutual love/attachment.

Tony was an organ donor through The Gift of Hope of Illinois due to his generosity several lives were impacted and saved; we are forever grateful for his legacy.

Tony went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 26, surrounded by loved ones.  He leaves to cherish him, his sons: Tony S. Gamble and Kenneth Austin; one sister Adrienne Gamble, one brother, Aaron (Vanessa) Gamble; nephews: Aaron Gamble Jr., Armond Gamble and nieces: Johneice Smith, Kamarie Hill; and his fiancé, D’Misha Washington; devoted friends: Henry Clark, Mary Manns, Tracie Gamble and a host of loving relatives and friends. His parents Atron and Annie Ruth Gamble preceded him in death.
