Balinda Conkle Obituary
Balinda K. Conkle, 72, of Zanesville, she died Monday morning, April 7, 2025, at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio.
Born June 22, 1952, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Orin & Leora (Pence) Conkle and a 1970 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Dresden and retired from The Longaberger Company from material handling and manufacturing. She enjoyed crosswords and adult coloring books in her pastime. Balinda was an avid sports fan, following and cheering on all her nieces and nephews at their sporting events.
Surviving is her daughter, Larrianne Conkle; three siblings, Mark (Barb) Conkle, Betty Meddings, and Penny (Steve) Hoy; adopted daughter, Tiffany Hindel Dicks; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews; an uncle, Allen (Jean) Conkle; and an aunt, Betty Conkle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Conkle and Rudy Conkle; brother-in-law, Delbert Meddings; and a niece, Danielle Conkle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Balinda Conkle Memorial Fund at any local Community Bank.
Family and friends may call from 5:00-8:00pm, Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, April 11, 2025, at First Baptist Church – Dresden, 801 Chestnut Street, Dresden, Ohio 43821 with Pastor Thomas Mike Robinson officiating.
Balinda will be laid to rest at Coshocton County Memory Gardens, Coshocton.
