Bobby Flagg, you, and I were born 22 days apart. We have been friends since we first met as toddlers at your grandparents’ home (cousin Callie and cousin Sewell). We grew up together. We went fishing together, rode mules and horses together, and of course we played ball together. I remember you even allow me to share in riding your bicycle. That is something that I never forgot. I was all of 50 pounds, so you would let me ride on the back of the bicycle while you would take care of peddling for both of us while standing up. We went up and down the road enjoying every moment. Although, as we grew up, we went our separate ways, our friendship remained unshaken. I recall someone said, a person probably only makes 1 or 2 true friends during a lifetime, or 3 true friends if they are truly blessed. Bobby Wayne Flagg, I consider myself truly blessed to call you not just my cousin, but my friend. Until we meet again, rest in peace! Rory (Dell) Brack.
