Carmen Gomez Obituary
Carmen Consuelo Diaz Gomez, 83, of Durham Twp. died Monday, December 16, 2024 at her home. She is the wife of Francisco Gomez. Carmen was born in Luquillo, Puerto Rico on November 10, 1941 to the late Ernesto Diaz and Carmen Maria (Cintron). She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at various hospitals. Carmen lived for family, especially her grandchildren who brough joy into her life.
In addition to her loving husband of 40 years, Carmen is survived by her children: Luis Angel (Nancy) Torres of Flushing, NY, Frank Eric (Gladys) Torres of Teaneck, NJ, Richard (Shari Pansuti) Gomez of NY, Raquel (William Hoeldrich) Gomez of NY; sister: Evelyn Perez of NYC; 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation period from 12-1 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2024 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 326 Main Street – Hellertown followed by the service at 1 p.m. A funeral repast will be held at the Carriage House at Heintzelmans, immediately following the service.
