Eleanor BeMent Obituary

Eleanor L. BeMent nee Frey, age 85, a Northbrook resident for 40 years. Beloved daughter of the late William F., Sr. and Cora E. Frey; loving sister of Marilyn (the late Ernie) Midday, John K. (Corinne) Frey, David I. Frey, and the late William Frey, Jr., Robert Frey and Dorothy Wise Conrad; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Eleanor was born January 16, 1928 in Evanston and died on May 21, 2013 in the Hospice Unit at Glenbrook Hospital. Eleanor worked for Washington National Insurance for 45 years before retiring. She was an active member of the North Shore Dog Club, the Northbrook Garden Club and was a volunteer at the Northbrook Library.
