Emil Nordstrom Obituary

Emil Ronald Nordstrom, age 91, passed away on September 17, 2024, in Coeur d’Alene, ID. 

Ronnie was born in Wallace, ID, on May 31, 1933, to Emil and Lelia Nordstrom. Before he was born his father passed away and he was raised by his second father Arthur Nordstrom. He lived and spent his entire life in the Rose Lake area.

He married Juanita Fribie on January 22, 1953 in Centralia, WA. He was a logger and sawyer.

Ronnie enjoyed eating out, riding his bike, and being in the woods. 

He is survived by his son Mark and wife Jeannie Nordstrom of Coeur d’Alene, ID; daughter Ronnita and husband Lonnie Kraack of Cataldo, ID; Grandchildren Brandy Carman, Tori Usdrowski, Taucha Pearson, Chelsea Halls; Brothers Richard Nordstrom of Post Falls, ID, and Norman Nordstrom of Coeur d’Alene, ID; 9 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Juanita; mother Lelia Nordstrom; and father’s Emil and Arthur Nordstrom.

Private family graveside service will be held.
