I have a memory I wanted to share. I remember one time when Aunt Evie made me and my brother Noah t shirts that read : "I know I am somebody cuz God don't make no junk..." Thank you Aunt Evie for teaching us, we were somebody and mattered ! Love your Great Nephew, Mike.

Most of my memories with Aunt Evie were when I was younger, when she visited us up in Atlanta. She was always a joy to be around, cracking jokes. I'm glad I got to see her recently at her birthday party. She will be missed. Thinking of the family.

Evie Ollie is my aunt , im so.sorry to hear of her passing. I do have childhood memories of my aunt who used to babysit at times and she was always so kind and funny. She was always singing and dancing when I was over. So many years ago but I can see it like yesterday, only the best and great memories are kept inside the heart and mind. She was so much fun , she took me down by the water and showed me boats by her house. She watched us bike ride and play on the stairs in the house , probably driving her crazy , but she never complained. She was a good person to all .
Heaven gained a beautiful angel. Hugs and prayers to her children and all who need them.

The moment I met Evelyn she quickly went from Evelyn to Grandma Evie. Chelsea and I have been friends since we were ten and from the very start Grandma Evie took me in as one of her own. Every time I saw her she had that beautiful smile on her face. There are so many memories of her being silly, sharing stories, and just filling every space she was in with love and laughter. She was fierce, strong, and full of life. Even as I got older she never stopped checking in. She would like or comment on my posts, ask about me and my boys, and always made me feel thought of. She was truly an amazing woman who became a bonus grandma to so many. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
