John Briar Obituary

My favorite memories include all the summers at Penn Manor with Uncle John, Aunt Janet, Tammy, Johnny, and Kelly. Uncle John was always full of mischief. He took great pleasure in teasing my mom, his older sister. Too many times to count, I would hear Mom scream and then see her chasing Uncle John because he had dumped ice cubes down her swimsuit. Penn Manor and Uncle John meant lots of laughter!!!

Mr. John Briar,
My favorite father in-law. Could always manage to get a laugh from you and a story to go along with it. You will surely be missed. RIP

Janet, I am so sorry for your loss. Know that you and your family are in my prayers. Thank you and John for adopting me and my family into yours.

So sorry. l miss all of our family reunions. We have always had a blast. no one can actually comprehend how many first cousins we actually have.

He will be in my memory for the rest of my life. As children we were playmates, as adults long distance friends but forever brother and sister. I am so grateful for the many times we were able to be together with John and Janet, and will cherish the many memories of the fun times with them. We were not just brother and sister but friends forever.
