Kenneth Duane Bradford, Jr., 73, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024. A viewing will be held Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Smith Family Funeral Homes in Knox City, Texas.
Kenneth was born April 7, 1951 in Vernon, Texas to Lorine (Henderson) and Kenneth Bradford, Sr. He married Georgia Rodriquez on December 18,1984 in Benjamin, Texas. He loved everything about classic cars from driving, fixing, and racing them. He enjoyed talking to people and telling jokes. He was a longtime resident of Knox City, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia Bradford of Knox City; 3 daughters, Angela Nicole Bradford of Dallas, Texas, Christy Bradford of Ft. Worth, Texas, Jennifer Burt of Tyler, Texas; a son, David Duane Bradford and girlfriend Marti Weaver of Dallas, Texas; 2 granddaughters, Layla Bradford of Dallas, Allison Leka of Dallas, Texas; brother, Johnny Bradford of Midland, Texas; 2 sisters, Yolanda Roberts of Midland, Texas and Carolyn Bettes of Knox City, Texas.
He is preceded by his parents, Lorine and Kenneth Bradford, Sr.; and brother, Benny Bradford.

I was looking up how to call Duane today and saw he passed. No one told me :(
When we were young, Duane would fiercely stand up for me if other kids or even family had cross words to or about me. I wanted to call him today and let him know how much he meant to me for that. He was a wonderful cousin and I am so torn up I did not keep contact with him all these years. I loved you Cousin.
