Pete was a talented athlete and upon graduation, was named an All American. Pete life guarded and operated the Emmetsburg Swimming Pool for several summers.

Pete was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Emmetsburg.  He loved watching all sporting events and was a big promoter of area teams.

We lived around the corner. Your folks always did sewing on my prom dresses and a wedding dress. Your Mom's bday is same as mine and she always made cinnamon rolls for me. Memories keep loved ones in our heart.

Pete will be missed by his many friends. Pete and I dated in High-school. He was a great guy. I'm sorry that I won't be able to make it to his funeral. Travel is very difficult for me.

I’ll always remember how you helped me fundraiser for my summer trip to play basketball in London. You drove me around in your mustang to every local business in four towns (including a stop at Waddy’s house). You were very convincing and talked many businesses into giving very generous donations! It was the trip of a lifetime for a kid who’d never even flown before and it was all thanks to you.
You were a dear friend to our family for many years, always full of laughter and stories!
Rest in peace, Kap.
