Ruth Worth Obituary

Mrs. Ruth Jean Worth was born to her parents on November 27, 1949, in Rowan County, departed her Earthly Life on October 24,2025.
She was a graduate of the Rowan County School system and was employed at Autumn Care Nursing Home, Holiday Inn Motel as a housekeeper.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Mr. Calvin Worth.
She is survived by her daughter, Martha Nuckles of Florida, son-in-law Jimmy Nuckles, who she called "son", her granddaughter, Stephanie Jones and Stephanie's two sons, her grandsons, Jeremiah and Jaylen and Tia, whom she helped raise.
My Mom was a godly woman, she loved to show kindness to family, but it also extended to strangers as well. Her life was filled with compassion and service, as she sang on the church choir at one time and she was known for her unwavering kindness and her dedication to help those in need, always putting others before herself.
My Mom cherished her granddaughter, Stephanie. Jermiah, Jaylen and Tia were the apple of her eye.
My Mom's legacy of love and selflessness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
