Sharon Kinsey, 72, of Telford, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024 in Pennsburg Manor, Pennsburg, PA after a courageous battle with cancer.
Lovingly married to William Kinsey, the couple celebrated fifty-two years of marriage last year.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Mahlon and Catherine (Knauss) Nuding.
Sharon was a homemaker where her focus was on helping raise her children.
Growing up, she attended the former Montgomery Baptist Church, Colmar, PA, where she was active in their youth ministry and served as coordinator of the Pioneer Girls program. Sharon was a highly active member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Telford, where she, along with her husband William, served as sextons for over 20 years. Sharon was a member of Zion Choral Society, singing with them for 20 years. In her free time, Sharon enjoyed trips to Lancaster, PA where she loved to purchase Amish-made furniture. She also enjoyed spending time in her flower garden. Sharon was also actively involved in taking care of her grandchildren, which was extremely meaningful to her.
In addition to her husband, William, Sharon is survived by a son; Timothy Kinsey of Doylestown, a daughter; Elizabeth Adamson and her husband Robert, of Barto, two grandchildren; Dillon, and Dalton, and a brother; Walter Nuding and his wife Betsy. Sharon was preceded in death by a grandson, David.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 11 AM in the Trinity United Church of Christ, 101 S. Main Street, Telford, PA, 18969. Family will receive friends from 9:30 to 11 AM, prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Montgomery Baptist Cemetery, Route 309, Colmar, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Samaritan’s purse P.O. Box 3000, Boone NC 28607.
Arrangements are by the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home & Crematory, Telford, PA.

My mother was very close to Sharon, and knew her since they were very young, having grown up in Elroy together. They were the best of friends growing up. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Our condolences to the family.
